Butch Taylor, the owner of Zydeco Farms in Mississippi is one of these madmen who couldn't quite content himself with the heat level that nature gave to the already searing Trinidad Scorpion variety and ended up creating the Butch T variation. So expect to find a pod with the typical pointy tail that gave it its name and pretty much the same gorgeous flavour as the natural version, just much much more heat!
