When it comes to versatility you can’t do much better than the Hungarian Yellow Wax. Although much hotter and of a dark red colour when grown to full maturity the Hungarian Yellow Wax chilli pepper is better in taste when still in its yellow stage.

The pods tend to grow up to 13-15 cm long and as much as 3 cm wide which means that they are easy to roast, barbecue or stuff with cream cheese or feta. The heat is mild to medium hot so do not fear for your children or chilli-weary friends!
